I came across this term “kegel exercise” from a novel I read. The main character in the story was a 30 years young woman and she sounded uncomfortable whenever she misses her kegel exercise. I have no idea why is the kegel thing affecting her so much soasked mum since she does Yoga. And don't ask me why I thought Yoga has anything to do with kegel.

So from there I learnt. Kegel exercise helps strengthen your pelvic floor muscles so that it holds your uterus and muscles in place when you are carrying a baby. During childbirth, these are the muscles that helps push your baby out so imagine how hard delivering would be if you have weak pelvic floor muscles.

Pelvic floor muscles are also important in helping you controlling your pee because it holds your bladder so you don't leak when you cough or laugh too hard. Another thing about kegel exercise is that it improves your bed room life *shy*

One way to do kegel is to do Yoga. See, I haven't asked the wrong person I was sure that mum knows it! So I went to MYOGA for this Yoga session to learn how to exercise the pelvic floor muscles.

I thought exercising your pelvic floor muscles are just as simple as squeezing your butt and let go repeatedly. but then I learned that your waist, back, butt and your thighs will be toned while you are doing kegel because all these muscles connect to your pelvic floor muscles. So doing kegel basically tones other areas of your body at the same time.

But the thing is, you wouldn't know if you are doing it right. I once thought by merely squeezing my butt and let go repeatedly will do but the experts say that you might ended up exercising the wrong muscles. Butt might have been toned but not the pelvic floor muscles. So to do it right, we need to use the correct measurement.

I know what you're thinking no it's not like how you thought =="

This is a kegel device by Vibrance and it's totally gentle to you because it's made of clinical grade Silicone Rubber. It's hypo-allergenic and anti bacteria so you can be rest assured that it's absolutely safe and comfortable to use without hurting you.

It works like a vibrator but it doesn't vibrates as strong.

These are the sheathes that are to be used together with Vibrance Kegel device. These 3 levels of resistance sheaths are to be used together with the device.

Numbering below each sheathes are indicators of different level of stiffness. So you start from sheathe zero and then slowly move up to 3 if your pelvic floor muscles are ready for a higher level of challenge. The device vibrates the most at sheathe zero and lesser as the level goes up.

So this is how it should  be used together with Vibrance Device. The vibration wasn't very strong otherwise that'd destroy your vijajay I tink. The vibration cannot be seen by sight but it can be felt with fingers with you hold the rubber device slightly harder. So, it means that you need to do your kegel right in order to feel the vibration. If you can't feel it, it could be that you have weak pelvic floor muscles or you are not using the right muscles.

The sound guidance at the bottom of the device gives you cue on when you should contract your muscles and when you should relax. When it beeps you know you should contract and when the beeping stopped you relax. The beeps are on 2 or 5 second intervals and each sound guidance exercise will take 4 minutes and 48 seconds or 240 seconds. The sounds guidance can be switched off if you can do it yourself confidently.

Each Bioinfinity Kegel device comes with a bottle of 50ml lubricant and 50ml cleanser. Only two to three drops of lubricant are needed for the device. Cleanser is needed to clean the device after every usage so it can last for years.

By doing it right you save a lot time and energy to obtain the most effective result.
