I am happy to know that the facial mask winner (the mask giveaway activity I ran on my blog before Xmas last year (2012)) has already received her parcel today. The contentment of brightening somebody's day is invaluable. Hence, I have decided to do more giveaway in the future so always stay tuned if you love to receive any of them.

Have you already done your Chinese New Year shopping? I do not religiously shop before Chinese New Year because I shop almost all year long *laugh*. Mum told me it is a tradition that has been past down since the ancient days. Those days, one only buy cloths during Chinese New Year to wear them throughout the year without adding anything new into their wardrobe. Look at how frequent sales are running around nowadays, one cannot say no to temptations like these so there are aaaalways reason to SHOP! Even so, I have bought some red ones. Just to please the elderlies :P

Look I have added something new into my beauty regime:
Konjac Sponge that feels 'chewy'.
I have seen this selling around for quite some time already especially in Connaught Night Market but I never bothered to even look at them because I don't think things like these are necessary. One can always use their clean palms to clease their face. What changed my mind was... They were on promotion in Sasa now selling about not more than RM5 :P Plus the fact that I am pursuing a better skin after experiencing the magic that Derma Rx did on improving my skin texture. Prior to using their products, I've never thought my skin texture can be improved (sorta given up already) but their products have changed my mindset. From then onward, to fulfill my desire for even better skin, I am going to try anything that 'looks' like it'd work to improve them.
So how this tiny sponge can benefit your skin?
Konjac Sponge is made of Konnyaku, a translucent gelatinous substance commonly found in Japanese and Korean dishes (my favourite food!). It is a rich source of fibre which is really good for digestion. But you can't eat this sponge because it is not meant to be eaten! After doing some very brief search about this product on the internet, I found that it has helped improved the skin texture of some users. If you ask me, I personally feels that my complexion has became brighter after using it together with my facial cleanser. The little 'pores' on the sponge helps remove dead skins and blackheads on your skin that's why. I really love how it feels on my skin. So now the time I spent on washing my face now has become longer :P

If you have taken good care of it, it can last about 3-4 months before it goes totally worn out.

I have received my Zara Inspired top from Glam Code yesterday. Was so eager to put them on so I wore them out for dinner and movie with baby today. Haven't seen him for ages and I am missing him so badly :'(

Arm candies were gotten from Sungei Wang. I am not sure if they are cheap, selling at around RM15 and I have bought 2. By the way my bracelet today was a result of mixed and matched.
I especially love its collar, no buttons were attached from your neck down to your chest so you can show off your collar bone discreetly.
Loving the little spikey studs on the shoulder and wrist of the top. They made the whole look shouting 'rock' subtly.

By the way, the shoes on top are my shoes. I used to wear them to college during my college days. They still look new even after so many years. This shows that I barely wears them so you know what kinda students I was ha!
