The tanglung makes the place a good photo taking spot for Chinese New Year.

Telling you that this place is a place I love merely for it's setting sounds a little too shallow. What captures my attention is the food they serve.

This ain't normal crispy sticks.

Made with Salmon flakes wrapped in crispy wantan skin, tasted so good that I didn't want to stop nibbling them until the glass is emptied.

Always love how 'thick' Cod fish feels on my tongue. 

The fish fat! You get me if you are with me *tears

I always think Cod fish should be served steamed so that the fats doesn't melt away. It takes a skillful chef to fried a nice Cod Fish. This one in picture surprised me, love how juicy the flesh tasted albeit it was being fried.

I am a HUGE fan of Xiao Long Bao. I'd order them whenever they are available on the menu. Hence, I can shamelessly say that I am quite picky when it comes to rating them. This one is just fine with the right amount of soup contained. I personally think it would be better if the skin is made slightly thinner.

Another dish of abalone!

Dried oyster reminds me of my childhood. Mum always cook them together with porridge. Instead of enjoying them together with my bowl of porridge, I picked them out. Just couldn't stand the aroma until I am a grown up. I have never tried having dried oyster together with sliced abalone and sweet cherry tomatoes so this dish is kinda new to me. Some people with heavier tastebuds would say abalones are tasteless. This made the dried oyster a good complement.

Being a super seafood fan, this is one of my favourite dish. Seafood always taste less heavier compare to meats so they always go with each other.

 

Our friend love this so much to the extend that she helped the other girls cleared their plate because the girls were too full when this dish arrived at our table! Nothing beats pork ribs that comes with the right amount of fats. Love how tender the meat was cooked.

 I teared when I saw these on the table. Finally vegetables are served T-T

I had almost all because the girls are carnivors. Having these with Bonito flakes feel kinda Japanese :P I love how the flakes add that little chewy sensation to the tender asparagus.

Next to diamond, this is every girl's best friend.

Look at the jelly-ish texture, can you actually say no? I never like desserts that are too sweet. Overly sweetened desserts kill the taste of the ingredients. The amount of sugar contained in this bowl is just right. I can taste the aroma of the Red Dates :9

I wanted to have them all but I was too full when they were served T-T

It's chewy instead of sticky! Needless to say, peanuts always go with glutinous.

We had fun with the abalone fried rice too!

Don't ask if you have no idea what fun we were having with these. It's a girl joke.

Anyway kids, never play with your food!

Just so you know, this restaurant belongs to the 3 baldies who owns Tom, Dick and Harry.
