I wasn't pulling my hair but was holding them away from my face.
Yeap! You're right, she's Koe Yeet, the girl who cut her hair so short that everyone mistaken her as a boy in the Singaporean movie, Ah Long Pte Ltd 老师嫁老大。
Now I love her feminine look in Wind Chimes in a Bakery.
Look familiar to you?
If not, I am sure this rings the bell!
Wind Chimes in a Bakery is a Korean inspired short drama series show only on Youtube. Go to Youtube and search for "Wind Chimes in a Bakery" if you want to watch their love story ;)
Baking has always been something I love doing. I know right, I don't look like I bake nor cook. But I do! Will what I bake/cook be tasty or not? It's relative :)
So when Yuki invites me to this baking session last weekend, I said yes without a single hesitation.
Meet Yuki the happiest girl in the entire universe.
She's going to get married soon!
So today, I will be sharing a recipe on how to bake...
Not these of course!
But these-
Red Bean Buns!
If you also love baking, you're at the right page. I am going to share with you what I have learned in the class in detailed steps.
Meet my groupmate, Alicia, Aris, Karmun and Fish.

Here's the ingredients you need.

Step 1
Pour 4 cups of milk into a medium saucepan.
Together with 1 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of castor sugar. Heat them over a medium heat to just below boil. After that, set aside and cool to warm.
Caution: Do not boil the mixture. Just HEAT it will do!
Step 2
Sift 8 cups of flour into the warm mixture.
And then, add in the yeast. Stir until just combined, then cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel.
Set aside in a relatively warm place (room temperature will do) for 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove the towel (here, we use cling wrapper instead) after an hour.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the remaining 1 cup flour. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Rest the dough for 5 minutes before shaping to buns.
Step 4
Floured the surface where you want the dough to be kneaded.
Cut the dough into palm size, where you can secure them in your palm.
Make 35 rolls and put aside.
Flat the rolls so that you can fill them with the red bean paste.
Once you filled them with red bean paste, knead them again so that the paste stays in tightly.
They should look like this after they've been kneaded together with the red bean paste.
Caution: Don't knead them for too long as they'll turn dry.
You can cut the patterns with a scissors too.
Wipe some butter on top of each dough to create that 'shiny effect'.
Lastly, sprinkle some sesame seeds for decorative purposes.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 180 celcius degree.
Remember to cover all buns with a kitchen towel and set aside for at least 20 minutes before placing them into the oven.
Step 6
Remove towel and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
Simple ain't it?
Now, everyone can make beautiful buns like those made by Adam in Wind Chimes in a Bakery!
