The thing I love most about this August is that, I only have to work 4 days and then holiday started! Just one day before the Raya Holiday came, I received 3 parcels. 2 heavy one and one that looks and feels paper-thin. There was this little box-shaped item at a corner of the paper-thin parcel, I unfolded the parcel out of curiosity and discovered this.

I thought it would a week before the item arrived but I received it the next day I placed the order!
The news about colored lenses causing infections to the wearers’ eyes has worried me so I have stopped wearing them for a while. But then I realize colored lens are useful tool to enhance your look especially when you are wearing no makeup. They work to enlarge your eyes making you looking more vibrant. Other than that, they make you photogenic by enlarging your pupils and filling up more of your iris so that your eyes don’t look like they are ‘hanging’ when you lower your chin while you take pictures.
I prefer colored lens with natural tone because I have the most boring wardrobe in the world and natural tone goes well with everything I have.
What I love about their lenses is, they feel softer than those I tried. The texture feels more jellyish even though they contain lesser water than the usual colored lens. They were made thinner and with based curve of 8.7mm, they fit comfortably to my eyes without misaligning.

Note that I am not wearing the lens on my left eye in some of the pictures so that you can do a comparison.
I have tried various types of lenses. From those selling in Pasar malam to those selling in optical shops. Some leaves color flakes in the solutions! Meaning that, the color pigment from the lens came off. Imagine how these little flakes can harm your eyes if they came out while you are wearing! But Charme’ Lens are safe from these because of the technology they use to make the lenses.

This makes me feel so much secure because I do not have to worry them from flaking off anymore. And since the colored part does not touch my eyes, I can wear them whole day and wash them as many times as I want without worrying that the color pigmentation would hurt my eyes. I am very particular about this because I once saw in the newspaper that this happened to a young girl and it took her months before she recovers! And because of this, Ivilens will be visiting schools to educate the youngsters on what harms can colored lens in pasar malam do to their eyes.
And the best thing about such awesome lenses is that, I only got it for RM30 instead of RM50 (retail price) due to this festive season. Those selling in night market costs RM10 per pair and I only have to add on another RM20 for a better pair. No deal can be better than this :)
