NIVEA has always been one of my most-favourite skin care brand. I have tried their face care, body care, deodorants, suncare as well as lip care. All their products work fairly well on my skin thanks to their mild and skin-friendly texture. Not only that I love how the products effectively helped improve my skin texture, I love the scent too.

I will usually apply a layer of lotion on my skin before I hit the bed because I love waking up with smoother and suppler skin. Now you can tell how important it is to me that not only a lotion must actually enhance my skin, it has to smell good.
One morning I woke up thrilled with the news I received. I was invited to the launch of NIVEA Pure and Natural. It was said that this new range of product is a Kate Middleton’s favorite!
Consisting of a face care series, body lotion and deodorant, the new Pure & Natural range contains up to 95% natural ingredients such as organic Argan Oil, Aloe Vera gel, chamomile and Jojoba Oil.
These products are gentle to the skin. It packs 8 powerful benefits from nature for a healthier skin. The 8 benefits include 3x more vitamin E, protects skin barriers and moisture levels, repairs skin layers, effective healing properties, and provides soothing and anti-bacterial effects for the skin.
The thing I love most about these products are that, they are free of Parabens, Silicones, colourants and mineral oils, hence eliminating any side effect to the skin.
Amongst all that I have tried in the past, Nivea Pure & Natural Body Lotion is so far the best body lotion I’ve ever used. I can have beautiful skin the next morning without having to burn a hole in my pocket!
The body lotion helps repair damaged dry skin for a softer and suppler feel.
The 95% pure precious natural ingredients like Argan Oil which consist of 3x more Vitamin E concentration than Olive Oil it carries aids in the 8 signs of damage skin long-lastingly.
Initially, I thought this product would feel greasy on my skin because it reads for “Normal and dry skin”. My skin isn’t dry and I do not sleep in air-con room so I was worried that it’ll leave my skin feeling too oily. But, surprisingly they don’t! My skin feels really supple and smooth the next morning.
I also love how it left my pyjamas and bed sheet smelling pleasant!

The texture of the moisturizing day cream is thicker compare to the lotion in its range but still, it was being absorbed pretty quickly into my skin after application.
The setting of the media launch was really beautiful. Blue is one of my favourite colour hence I really love the ambience. The combination of blue, white, flowers and lace made Delicious along Jln Tun Razak a heaven.
The launch kicked off with a Hot Seat session led by Daphne Iking with Mr Ng Hock Guan, Ms Soon Ai Lan and Hannah Lo, guest celebrity. It was then followed by a skincare demo session by Nadia Heng, Miss Malaysia World 2010, on the importance of flawless and moisturized skin for a healthy glow and a more confident you.
Nadia was applying Pure & Natural toner on the model’s skin.
She emphasized the importance of applying toner after cleansing your face. Toner’s primary job is to restore your skin’s pH balance.
